We are looking to hire experienced developers in RoR, PHP and J2EE for the positions of developers(1-2 yrs experience), senior developers(3-4 yrs exp), lead developers(>5 yrs exp). Prospective co-workers should have at least 1-2 years experience with Linux either professionally or as a hobby.

We provide only Linux(Ubuntu/Fedora/CentOS) desktops/development environments and expect you to be able to start using Linux as a development environment. Experience with Eclipse, Aptana(RadRails), Jboss is a plus. People with extensive J2EE expertise are exempt from knowing Linux. We will train you on using Linux.

Additional requirements include experience with MySQL, Postgres/Enterprise DB and basic linux administration. We expect you to administer your desktops yourselves.
A big plus is a demonstrated contribution history to open source and ability to leverage communities to solve technical issues. If you have already contributed to an open source project or started an open source project, you are very welcome.

Fresh graduates from IITs, NIT/RECs, JNTU(campus) and similar reputed universities (OU campus, AU campus...) may apply directly. People with good ranks in public entrance exams may appy directly. For graduates from other institutes and institues affiliated to major universities, we encourage you to start contributing to FOSS and come to us after you have at least 6 months of substantial contribution to any FOSS project. The contribution may be patches, bug reports, documentation or any demonstrable contribution.
